The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a directive on the appointment of Sergei Ivanov as head of Alrosa, the official website of the country's Government reports.
Dmitry Medvedev held an official meeting with Sergei Ivanov in the suburban residence of Gorki-9. "I want to inform you: the government directive to appoint you to the position of sole executive body of the joint-stock company Alrosa has been signed," Medvedev said to Ivanov. He also wished the new head of the company success "in this difficult work".
The term of election of the company’s head, indicated in the agenda of the vote of the Alrosa’s Supervisory Board is 3 years.
